Roni loves Spring Roll…so I made her some! It is very simple and a very delicious appretizer.
Ingredients:
- Pork
- Shrimps
- Bean Spouts
- Lettuce
- Carrot
- Cucumber
- Rice sheets
- RIce vermicelle noodles
1. Boil the shrimps in salt water for about 2-3 min, make sure its not too overcook
2. Take the shrimps, rinse in cold water
3. Peel the shrimps and slice in half
4. Wash the pork with salt, then put in boiling water to cook, once it is cooked, slice into thin pieces
5. Cut the carrot and cucumber in thin long strips
6. Rinse the bean spouts and lettuce
7. Boil the rice vermicelle noodles

Once you have all those ready, you can proceed to folding the spring roll

Take a rice sheet and soak in hot water, lay it on a plate, add the three shrimps, three porks, noodle, carrot, bean spouts, cucumber, then fold the two side of the sheet to make a long rectangle, then roll every thing up. You have completed a spring roll.

You can add any other vegetables or meat in the spring roll as you wish.

For the sauce:
Equal parts of hoison sauce, coconut soda, and peanut butter

Spring Roll !
