There are only a few shows on television that I HAVE to watch. Most of my spare time I try to avoid being plugged in front of the tube for too long, but with HBO’s True Blood, I will indulge whenever and wherever.
No. Words. This show is highly addictive. Be warned! Also, not for the faint of heart. In addition to the show being absolutely fantastic, the entire cast has great hair!
The leading ladies of True Blood perfect effortless curls! To re-create a look like this, I use Kevin Murphy’s Heated.Defence (for some extra volume and heat protecting) and some rollers (mine are from Con Air). I spray my Heated.Defence on the section of hair right before I am about to put my curler in and work it through a little bit with my fingers. I then roll my hair from the bottom up, curling in. I let the rollers sit until they are completley cooled. I finish with my favorite hairspray by Kevin Murphy and Voila! Sookie Stackhouse would be jealous.
